In June 2018, customer from Africa signed a contract with our company for the construction of a 3-4 ton fish feed production line. From scheme planning, equipment manufacturing, installation and commissioning to successful production, our company provides technical services and support. Now, the project has been successfully installed and started production.

Before that, this customer held many meetings and discussions with our company and visited us. Engineers from both sides had in-depth discussions on all aspects of the production line, with no details. Finally, due to our excellent technology, mature equipment manufacturing process, rich engineering experience, and excellent and perfect scheme plan, we won the trust of our customers and stood out in the fierce competition among seven suppliers in Jinan, becoming the partner of our customers in this production project.

The output of this fish feed production project is 3-4 tons per hour, with a total value of 900000 US dollars. From pulverizing and mixing powder to large storage bin, automatic feeding, expansion of main machine to drying in steam oven, oil spraying and seasoning, cooling and drying, all equipment are available, fully automatic control, time-saving, labor-saving, efficient and fast, greatly improving production efficiency and quality, and bringing rich profits to customers.

In Mali, aquaculture is prevalent and developing rapidly, as long as tilapia is dominant. However, the supply of fish feed can not meet the demand, which slows down the development of fish breeding industry and keeps the price high. The production equipment of fish feed used by the customers is very simple, the output is low, the fish feed particles cannot be formed, and the nutrition content is very low. After understanding the situation of local fish breeding industry, our company provides customers with a wet expansion production line plan, adjusts the formula, and uses steam as one of the energy sources to pre mature the raw materials, effectively improve the protein content of fish feed, and the feed particles are of good shape and controllable size, so as to meet the different needs of local fish breeding market, greatly promoting the The development of land fishery.
