2. Feed processing
The processing of feed machine can be divided into crushing, mixing, extruding, drying, cooling, packaging and other steps, among which crushing is to mix raw materials and grind them into fine particles; mixing is to prepare and mix various raw materials according to a certain proportion; extrusion is to extrude the mixed feed through a mold into pellets of different shapes; drying is to dry the prepared feed pellets to remove moisture and prevent deterioration; packaging after cooling down is to pack the dried feed pellets quantitatively.
The prepared feed needs to be stored in a dry, cool and ventilated place, avoiding direct sunlight and damp storage. When in use, it is necessary to select the appropriate feed for feeding according to the growth needs of fish and the characteristics of the species, and control the amount of feed and the frequency of feeding.
