I. Blocked without discharge
(1) The size of the raw material is too large relative to the size of the die hole
(2) Too much feeding and too fast in a short time
(3) Foreign matter clogs the discharge port
(4) The diameter of the pressure ring ratio is too small, the water supply and steam pressure are too small, and the adjustment temperature is not enough
Solution: For the material with too large particle size, it is necessary to crush it to the appropriate particle size; Adjust the feeding speed and feeding amount, stop the machine to check and clean foreign bodies; Replace the mold and re-regulate the water flow to ensure adequate water and steam pressure.
II. Poor discharge molding
Particle diameter and shape vary
(1) Uneven size of die holes;
(2) Blade wear, cutting speed is too fast and too slow;
(3) the temperature during processing is too high or too low;
(4) The raw material formula is inappropriate, and the water content of the material is too high and too low.
Solution: Configure the appropriate die hole, check the wear degree of the blade and replace it in time, adjust the cutting speed, modulator temperature and steam entry amount.
III. Produce a mushy thinner
Excessive water supply and steam pressure
Solution: Re-regulate the water flow to ensure proper water and steam pressure.
Extruded material powder back spray
Feed too fast or too much, or discharge is not smooth or blocked.
Solution: Control the feed speed, one by one to check the cause of the material
